Me Mehdi Ben Miled

Me Mehdi Ben Miled is an immigration, civil and commercial litigation lawyer registered with the Barreau du Québec, Canada, whose practice covers areas as varied as immigration law, construction law, real estate law, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes and corporate law.

Mehdi began his studies in France, where he obtained a Licence en droit from Université Paris-Cité and a Maîtrise in banking and financial law from Faculté Libre de Droit et d’économie-gestion (Faco Paris).

To further his career, Mehdi Ben Miled moved to Canada, where he obtained an LL.M in Business Law, a Certificate in Quebec Law and an LL.M in Comparative Common Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal.

Mehdi Ben Miled was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2022.

Mehdi Ben Miled also practiced criminal and penal law while articling at the Quebec Bar.
